These Terms of Use govern islandqube.cc, operated by LR1 LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company at 21150 Point Place, #1801, Aventura, FL 33180, United States. By using the website, visitors agree to these terms, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law.
Informational service
IslandQube provides hotel discovery, destination context and planning information. Search fields, filters, maps, shortlists and property pages are research tools. They do not check live inventory, hold a room, create a reservation or guarantee a price.
No hotel or agency relationship
IslandQube is not a hotel, property manager or travel agency and does not operate the listed properties. Use of the site does not create an agency, fiduciary, partnership or accommodation relationship between the visitor and LR1 LLC.
Third-party booking contract
Any booking made after following an external link is between the traveller and the relevant hotel, booking platform or other provider. That third party controls confirmation, payment, taxes, cancellation, refunds, service delivery and booking support.
Accuracy and changes
Hotel names, descriptions, photographs, facilities, rooms, addresses and contacts can be supplied by third parties and can become incomplete or outdated. IslandQube may correct, rearrange or remove records without notice and does not warrant that every item is current.
Prices and availability
IslandQube does not promise a live rate or available room. Final cost can depend on dates, guests, room type, meals, taxes, fees, currency, payment timing and cancellation conditions. Review the complete provider offer before paying.
Images and generated artwork
Property photographs are connected to accommodation records. Generated destination artwork illustrates island character and is not a photograph of a specific hotel, a guaranteed view or evidence of a facility.
Room and facility information
Room descriptions and facilities are informational. A general facility may not apply to every room or date. Confirm bedding, maximum occupancy, accessibility, view, air conditioning, parking, meals, pools and any essential requirement directly.
Acceptable use
Visitors must not disrupt the website, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate others, misrepresent affiliation, scrape protected content unlawfully, or use the service to violate rights or law.
Intellectual property
The IslandQube name, interface and original editorial content may be protected by intellectual-property law. Hotel names, trademarks, property images and third-party material remain the property of their respective owners or licensors.
External services
Links may lead to hotels, booking providers, maps and image hosts that IslandQube does not control. Their content, security, accessibility, availability and terms are their own responsibility.
Traveller responsibilities
Travellers are responsible for passports, visas, entry rules, insurance, health, accessibility needs, transport, local law, weather and safety decisions. They must decide whether a destination and property suit their circumstances.
Disclaimer and limitation
The site is provided on an as-available basis for general information. To the extent permitted by law, LR1 LLC is not responsible for indirect loss, changed rates, unavailable rooms, provider conduct, external payments, transport disruption or decisions based solely on static discovery content. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
Governing law and severability
These terms are governed by applicable law, including Florida law where appropriate, without overriding mandatory protections available to a visitor. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue.
